Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, we’ve made the returns and exchanges process simple and straightforward. Please review our returns policy below.

Return Eligibility

You may return most new, unused, and unworn items within 5 days from the date of receipt. The item must be returned in its original condition, including all packaging, tags, and accessories.

Exceptions:
Certain products, such as [examples: personalized items, gift cards, perishable goods, opened software, hygiene-related items], are non-returnable for safety and hygiene reasons. Please ensure to review product descriptions before making a purchase.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Customer Support: To initiate a return, please email us at acrosstp@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions. All returns must include this RA number to be processed.
  3. Prepare Your Return: Carefully pack the item(s) in the original packaging (if available). Please make sure the items are in the same condition as when you received them.
  4. Ship Your Return: Return the item(s) to the address provided with your RA number. For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service to return your item(s). Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, except for defective or incorrect items.
  5. Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment. Refunds may take 7 business days to process, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the return process outlined above and request an exchange. We will send you the replacement once the returned item is received and inspected.

Exchanges are subject to availability. If the item you wish to exchange for is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.

 

 

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a prepaid return label, and once we receive the item, we will either send you a replacement or issue a full refund.

To expedite the process, please provide a photo of the damaged or defective item when contacting us.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned for various reasons, including:

  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Gift cards
  • Intimate apparel or swimwear (unless defective)
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
  • Downloadable software or digital products
